4-22-06 Deuteronomy 4:31

Deuteronomy 4:31 (KJ21)
(for the LORD thy God is a merciful God), He will not forsake thee, neither destroy thee, nor forget the covenant of thy fathers which He swore unto them.

Deuteronomy 4:31 (NAS)
For the LORD your God is a compassionate God; He will not fail you nor destroy you nor forget the covenant with your fathers which He swore to them.

Deuteronomy 4:31 (NIVUS)
For the LORD your God is a merciful God; he will not abandon or destroy you or forget the covenant with your forefathers, which he confirmed to them by oath.

Deuteronomy 4:31 (NLT)
For the LORD your God is merciful—he will not abandon you or destroy you or forget the solemn covenant he made with your ancestors.

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom and it is good for you to stand in awe and respect of the Most High God. He does have the power over life and death, but Jehovah your Lord is a compassionate and merciful God. Even though He is the judge and ruler of the universe, He looks on you with tender love and affection.

Adonai, the Almighty, does not want you to sink down and drop from disheartenment. He will not let you go. You need never fear that He will abandon and forsake you. He will not destroy you. You will not find ruin and corruption in His hands. He gives you health and soundness, instead of injury and decay.

Jehovah the Lord has established a covenant with you. Your Creator has married you to Himself. He is your husband, owner, and master. So then, how could He ever forget or ignore you? He will never cease to care for you, as He swore to you fathers before you. He took an oath with Himself to be your God and Father for eternity.

4-21-06 Exodus 6:5

Exodus 6:5 (KJ21)
And I have also heard the groaning of the children of Israel, whom the Egyptians keep in bondage; and I have remembered My covenant.

Exodus 6:5 (NAS)
And furthermore I have heard the groaning of the sons of Israel, because the Egyptians are holding them in bondage; and I have remembered My covenant.

Exodus 6:5 (NIVUS)
Moreover, I have heard the groaning of the Israelites, whom the Egyptians are enslaving, and I have remembered my covenant.

Exodus 6:5 (NLT)
You can be sure that I have heard the groans of the people of Israel, who are now slaves to the Egyptians. I have remembered my covenant with them.

You are a child of God and Adonai, your Father, is always listening for your voice. He pays constant attention to you, for you are an esteemed member of His house. He understands every sound that you make, whether in joy, sorrow, or pain. The Lord your God is always quick to come to your aid, when you cry out to Him.

You may feel besieged and in distress. Enemies may have crossed your borders and have enslaved you. In bondage you are made to serve another, who is opposed to Adonai. All that you can do is grown and yet the Almighty God hears.

He will remember the covenant made through the blood of Yeshua. He recognizes that you are a prince of God, one who was created to rule and reign in His Kingdom. When He sees your distress, He will rescue you once more. He will give you the power and strength to prevail against your bondsman, for you are in covenant with the Most High.

4-20-06 Exodus 19:5

Exodus 19:5 (KJ21)
Now therefore, if ye will obey My voice indeed and keep My covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto Me above all people; for all the earth is Mine.

Exodus 19:5 (NAS)
Now then, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be My own possession among all the peoples, for all the earth is Mine;

Exodus 19:5 (NIVUS)
Now if you obey me fully and keep my covenant, then out of all nations you will be my treasured possession. Although the whole earth is mine,

Exodus 19:5 (NLT)
Now if you will obey me and keep my covenant, you will be my own special treasure from among all the nations of the earth; for all the earth belongs to me.

Once you become a child of God, through taking Yeshua as your Messiah and Lord, then you desire to hear His voice. To begin this process, you should pay attention to His word and obey what it says. Your obedience starts with simply consenting that what Adonai says is true. The Lord your God is constantly calling to you through proclamation and song. Diligently study and consider the word of God; listen and give your ear to what it says. Soon you will easily discern God's voice.

Even though the Lord has the major responsibility in fulfilling His covenant with you, you too should guard and protect it. You should pay special attention to your relationship with God; always try to preserve the closeness. Be circumspect in dealing with others, so that they can see the grace and mercy of God in your life. As you watch and wait for the goodness of God to manifest, you will see your salvation.

In the eyes of God, you are a special and peculiar treasure. You are His wealth that He keeps shut away from thieves and robbers. He protects and guards you like a most precious jewel. You are unlike any other person; you are rare and unique in the sight of others. They can see God's hand of blessing resting on you. He has reserved the best of the earth, all that He owns, for you, His highly favored child.

4-19-06 Genesis 9:9

Genesis 9:9 (KJ21)
And I, behold, I establish My covenant with you and with your seed after you,

Genesis 9:9 (NAS)
Now behold, I Myself do establish My covenant with you, and with your descendants after you;

Genesis 9:9 (NIVUS)
I now establish my covenant with you and with your descendants after you

Genesis 9:9 (NLT)
I am making a covenant with you and your descendants,

Adonai, the Lord your God, has lifted you out of the pit of destruction. When He sent His Son Yeshua as a sacrifice for your sins, the Father God ordained and established a covenant and compact with you. He has chosen to abide with you and make your life good. He has determined to strengthen you to succeed. Your sight has become clearer and brighter, for Jehovah the Lord has set Himself to hold you up and to help you. He has decreed that He will supply what you need; you will never lack food or meat.

The covenant of God does not stop with you. Not only has He promised to bless and prosper your life, but He has proclaimed that He will also do the same for your children. Adonai's covenant extends to your posterity and physical seed. All that proceeds from your loins are blessed through the agreement that you made with the Lord.

Adonai wants you to be fruitful in body and in your field. He works to make all of your seed conceive and bear an abundant yield. Your sowing time will end in a reaping time. Whatever you plant and wherever you plant will grow and prosper. All of this is possible through the covenant that God made with you through His Word, His Son Yeshua.

4-18-06 Jeremiah 32:40

Jeremiah 32:40 (KJ21)
And I will make an everlasting covenant with them, that I will not turn away from them, to do them good; but I will put My fear in their hearts, that they shall not depart from Me.

Jeremiah 32:40 (NAS)
And I will make an everlasting covenant with them that I will not turn away from them, to do them good; and I will put the fear of Me in their hearts so that they will not turn away from Me.

Jeremiah 32:40 (NIVUS)
I will make an everlasting covenant with them: I will never stop doing good to them, and I will inspire them to fear me, so that they will never turn away from me.

Jeremiah 32:40 (NLT)
And I will make an everlasting covenant with them, promising not to stop doing good for them. I will put a desire in their hearts to worship me, and they will never leave me.

When Adonai, the Most High God, makes an agreement, He does not intend to ignore it. He is not looking for a way to get out of it or leave it unfulfilled. When He makes a covenant, an alliance, or a treaty, He will stand by His word, for He is eternally bound to it. He has a goal in mind. You can be confident in the fact that He will complete what He started.

You actually are getting a bargain when you enter into covenant with Jehovah the Lord. He has chosen and selected you to receive corn and wheat from His hand. He intends to always feed you, for you are in league with the Almighty. He cleanses and purifies you. He is your Creator, who supplies from His abundance. You will never lack as long as you remain in His covenant.

The Lord your God will never turn away from you. He will not retreat from the promises that He has made. He will not break His word and do evil to you. He wants to make you well and sound. His intentions are that your life be beautiful, happy, successful, and right. He is making everything better, so that you always have the best. His heart is to be good and kind to you, so that your days are sweet.

In His mercy and grace, Adonai puts fear and reverence for the Most High in your heart. You know that He has the power of life and death over you. You know that if you turn away from God, your end will be grievous. Everything you desire will be left undone. What was sweet will become sour, if you walk away from God's covenant of blessing.

Hallelujah Jesus is Alive!!

Hallelujah! Jesus is
Alive!! It is the day to celebrate His Resurrection! He is not in the grave. The tomb could not hold Him. Death could not keep Him. His Father God reached down His arm and raised His Son back to life. He is now the first born of many brethren!

Hallelujah! Jesus Christ is Alive forever more!

4-16-06 Jeremiah 33:14

Jeremiah 33:14 (KJ21)
‘Behold, the days come,’ saith the LORD, ‘that I will perform that good thing which I have promised unto the house of Israel and to the house of Judah.

Jeremiah 33:14 (NAS)
‘Behold, days are coming,’ declares the LORD, ‘when I will fulfill the good word which I have spoken concerning the house of Israel and the house of Judah.

Jeremiah 33:14 (NIVUS)
‘The days are coming,’ declares the LORD, ‘when I will fulfill the gracious promise I made to the house of Israel and to the house of Judah.

Jeremiah 33:14 (NLT)
"The day will come, says the LORD, when I will do for Israel and Judah all the good I have promised them.

Perhaps it seems as if the Lord Jehovah has forgotten you. Maybe it has been a long time since you asked Him for a special request or need and you have yet to see it fulfilled. Does this passage of time mean that you will not behold what you want? No, that is not the case at all. The Lord God promised many things to the nation of Israel that took many years and even centuries to come to pass. It is important that you do not lose heart.

Jeremiah, a prophet of Israel, spoke forth the heart of Adonai, the Most High. He told them that there was day, time, and year coming. The utterances, declarations, and prophecies of the Lord God were drawing near. He was and is gathering all things together, so that when the time is right, He will do exactly as He said.

God will rise up in His power and build. He will erect and establish all the good things that He has promised you. He has bound Himself by the words He has spoken and He must fulfill them. Adonai loves you and desires that you be happy and prosperous. He wants your life to be agreeable and pleasant to you. He said He would give you valuable and excellent things and you can be sure that you will receive just those things. You are a child of the King, with all the benefits of His house.

Therefore, lift your voice in praise. The Lord God of Israel is the One who prevails. As He did good for His people Israel, so He will do for you. He has not forgotten you, but is preparing the very best in answer to your prayers.
