In your daily journey, as you have traveled, you have seen and experienced the strength and power of Almighty God. So many times He has strengthened you and made you firm on your feet. You, therefore, lift up your voice in song, praising the Lord for His faithfulness and care of you.

You are often overwhelmed with God's mercy and kindness; therefore, you cry out in joy and exaltation. The Lord God has caused you to prevail, even in the midst of your enemies. His mercy continually flows to you; He even has placed you in a house built of mercy.You are surrounded with His goodness. In the morning, at the breaking of the day, you always have His praise on your lips, for you have seen the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.

Even if you have been through a night of distress, the Lord promises to bring you a bright new day. He will bring you to a high and secure place. Your Father God promises to be a stronghold and a refuge for you. He will exalt you and set you high above your enemies. No harm will be able to reach you, for you are safe in His arms; there is no higher place to be found. When you flee to Him for help, He is always quick to provide a way of escape for you. He will turn the narrow, binding tightness of your distress into a broad and prosperous place of hope and comfort.

4-28-08 Psalms 143: 9, 10 God's Good Spirit Leads You On Level Ground

Deliver me, O LORD, from my enemies; I take refuge in Thee. Teach me to do Thy will, For Thou art my God; Let Thy good Spirit lead me on level ground.

Save me from my enemies, LORD; I run to you to hide me. Teach me to do your will, for you are my God. May your gracious Spirit lead me forward on a firm footing.

You have put your trust in Adonai, the Almighty God and you know that He has saved and delivered you from your enemies. However, did you know that when He delivered you, He did much, much more? Not only did He snatch you out of the hands of your opponents, but He also stripped and plundered them of their spoils. When He rescued you, He also recovered everything that your captors had taken from you. Then the Lord Jehovah restored all of those goods and possessions to you, so that you became completely whole again.

To stay free from these foes, you know that you need to depend on Jehovah. You constantly need to run to Him to hide and conceal you. He has covered and clothed you with His own robe of righteousness. When your enemies look towards you, they see the light of His righteousness on you and they think that they have come up against the Lord God once again. Remembering what He did to them previously, they are overwhelmed and flee away in terror.

Even though you have been saved, you now need to learn the ways of your Savior. Ask Him to teach and train you in what gives Him pleasure. He will show you how to do what is acceptable to Him and you will soon be doing His will in all things. When you are determined to always act the way Adonai wants, then you will always satisfy Him in everything.

The Almighty is your God and He has breathed His own Spirit on you. Because He is good and excellent, you know that He will never lead you astray. Instead He will guide you into what is appropriate and becoming. In His kindness He will bring you into a level and even land. There you will stand straight and your path will be smooth. Your uprightness will be obvious to those who observe your life; many will esteem and approve of you. All of this will be yours as you continue to acknowledge Adonai, the one true God as your God.

4-27-08 Psalm 143:8 You Will Hear God's Unfailing Love in the Morning

Let me hear Thy lovingkindness in the morning; For I trust in Thee; Teach me the way in which I should walk; For to Thee I lift up my soul.

Let me hear of your unfailing love to me in the morning, for I am trusting you. Show me where to walk, for I have come to you in prayer.

At the beginning of the day, it is always good to re-establish your relationship with Adonai. He calls to you in the morning and He speaks to you of His love and mercy. He always desires to be good and kind to you. You have already experienced His faithfulness, for He has taken away the shame and reproach of your sin. Therefore, rejoice when He causes you to hear His voice. He is summoning you to obedience; when you listen and obey Him, He is able to grant your petitions and requests.

As you seek Him diligently, and as He answers your prayers, you will gain more confidence in Him. You will freely place your trust in Him. Because you are secure in Him. you will act in boldness, for you know He will keep you safe.

The Lord Jehovah will cause you to know and understand the way your life should go. As you journey, you shall recognize each turn you should take. You will discriminate and distinguish between what is right and what is wrong. As God reveals His will to you, confess and agree with Him. Then you will receive the best for your life.

Always lift up your soul unto to the Lord Jehovah. As you do, you will find that He will always support and sustain you. Look to Him to aid and assist you. Seek His forgiveness, for He is always willing to extend it to you. He will always refresh you with His breath.
