Cranky Co-workers & Good Bears Day

How many of you work with cranky co-workers? How many of you are cranky co-workers? Well, here is something that may help you be a little bit less cranky? Today is your day!

Cranky means being easily irritated, unsteady, and having unreasonable opinions. Of course, if you look at one definition of a crank, you would find that you are merely "a whimsically eccentric person". The same dictionary does also say a crank is a bad tempered person. None of these definitions are very flattering. Therefore, in my opinion, being a crank is not a goal to reach for.

Maybe you are just a cranky person in the morning and wake up like a grizzly bear. Perhaps after you have had your morning caffeine, the crankiness goes away and then you are a nice teddy bear. Being cranky is an emotion that you can control, whether you have had your coffee, hot chocolate, or soda. Even though your emotions are telling you to be a grizzly, you can choose to be a teddy instead. And you will not longer be a cranky co-worker, but a nice bear!
