And now, brethren, I commend you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and to give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified.

You are entrusted and committed to your Heavenly Father. You are fixed and established in Him and ordained for this very season.

The Word of God is deposited inside you. It directs you to His grace, in which you find His good will, loving kindness, and favor. In His mercy you are kept and strengthened. By His grace your faith, knowledge, and affection is increased.

God's word continually builds you up. It rebuilds and repairs you until you are as strong and powerful as an edifice. You are always growing in wisdom, piety, happiness and holiness.
Through His Word the Lord has given you an inheritance. It allows you to possess all the promises of God.

You are holy and by His word you are cleansed and purified. You are freed from the guilt of sin and your soul has been renewed. You have been made a saint, set apart for the Lord God.
