Malachi 3:6 (KJ21)
For I am the LORD, I change not. Therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

Malachi 3:6 (NAS)
For I, the LORD, do not change; therefore you, O sons of Jacob, are not consumed.

I the LORD do not change. So you, O descendants of Jacob, are not destroyed.

I am the LORD, and I do not change. That is why you descendants of Jacob are not already completely destroyed.

Is your life in a state of transition? Maybe you have recently found out that your company is down-sizing and you are not sure if you will still have a job. Perhaps you have received some bad news about your health. It could be that a close relative or friend has a terminal illness. Maybe you a going through a divorce or perhaps a new marriage is in your future. Life is always changing and sometimes nothing seems stable or sure.

If you need stability and security, there is only one place that you can go. Jehovah, the One True God, does not change. What He was in the past, He will be in the present and future. He will not disguise Himself, so that you do not recognize Him. He always remains the same.

Yahweh, the Most High God, is merciful, faithful, and kind. As His child, you know He will not consume you in His anger. He will never fail you. He will support and uphold you, until you accomplish and finish your course. He will not plot against you nor cause you to waste away. You will not be used up, spent, and destroyed, when you put your trust in Jehovah the Lord. Instead He will complete and fulfill you.
