I will go in the strength of the Lord GOD; I will make mention of Thy righteousness, even of Thine only.

I will praise your mighty deeds, O Sovereign LORD. I will tell everyone that you alone are just and good.

As a leader you come and go before many people, who watch you closely. They want to know if they can attain to your standard of faith. They look to see how you will react when you come upon an enemy. Will you cower in fear or will you draw upon the strength of Adonai, the Almighty God?

Those who observe do not realize that you have made it a practice of looking to the Lord for help. You, however, know that it is only His might that keeps you brave and valorous. Through the Lord your God, you become powerful enough to prevail against any foe, for you are a confirmed partner in His covenant. You know that all, that Jehovah is and has, belongs to you as well. He is your Lord and Master who superintends over all of your affairs.

You, therefore, are quick to remind others of all of the righteous acts of the Lord God. You always call to mind His justice and His truth. You record how He has saved and delivered you. Your life is a memorial of how He prospers someone who has put their trust in Him.
