In his neck remaineth strength, and sorrow is turned into joy before him.

Even body builders could experience weakness. Their immune systems could break down, leaving them open to sickness. Until they are able to build themselves up again, they will remain in that weakened state.

There is One, however, who never loses His strength. Adonai, the Almighty God, has a neck that remains strong. You can rest in the knowledge that the Lord Most High will stay firm. In Him you are secure, for He has the might to bind and besiege your enemies. Through His power, you always prevail.

When you feel faint and are facing failure, do not let yourself become dismayed. If you stay before God, seeking His face, you will not find sorrow and you will not languish. Instead the Lord will cause you to leap and dance. In His presence there is joy for ever more. His joy will strengthen you and you will prevail once again.
