He that is our God is the God of salvation; and unto GOD the Lord belongeth the discharge from death.

Our God is a God who saves! The Sovereign LORD rescues us from death.

El-Shaddai is a God of strength and power. He is Jehovah, the Almighty, who has power over life and death. He is a pillar and holds you up like the post of a door. He is the King of kings and High Priest for His Father, Adonai. He is Immanuel, the God who is with us.

He willingly became a sacrificial ram, the Lamb of God to take away the sins of the world. He shed His own red blood to buy your salvation and deliverance. He went into the dim, dark realm where death resided and became its Lord and Master. He overcame the powers of darkness and sin and returned to life in victory.

Now He has set borders that death cannot cross. He is your source of life and has provided you an escape from death. When He came out of the darkness, He brought you with Him. And you enjoy the victory that He won!
