The secret things belong to the LORD our God, but the things revealed belong to us and to our sons forever, that we may observe all the words of this law.

There are secret things that belong to the LORD our God, but the revealed things belong to us and our descendants forever, so that we may obey these words of the law.

No matter how close you feel to Adonai and how intimate your relationship is, there will always be things that He keeps hidden and concealed. He has secrets that no man could ever understand.

However, there are many things that Jehovah uncovers for you. It is His delight to reveal His will both to you and your descendants. What you have discovered, through His word, now belongs to you and it will be yours forever. So observe and celebrate all that is disclosed to you. As you attend to what He says, you will receive direction.
